School Plan for Student Achievement

The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a comprehensive plan that outlines a school's strategies to improve student achievement.
Key components of the SPSA:
  • Goals: Clear and measurable goals aligned with the district's Local Control Accountability Plan
  • Identified Needs:  Areas of improvement identified through a thorough evaluation of student data
  • Strategies: Specific actions to close gaps in achievement and improve outcomes for all students
  • Metrics: A system for measuring growth and assessing the plan's effectiveness.

The SPSA is developed collaboratively by school staff, parents, and community members.  It is reviewed and updated annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
