Dual Enrollment is a program allowing high school students to take college-level courses, earning both high school and college credits simultaneously. Center High offers several Dual Enrollment courses that not only meet graduation requirements, earn college credit, but also satisfies the transfer from a community college to a Cal State or UC.
CHS offers Dual Enrollment classes: English 12, Astronomy, Entrepreneurship Business, AP Statistics.
Academic Enrollment is for any high school student. Students can take courses online that will get you on the path to your college education early and for free. Student can oly enrollu p to 11 units each semester or summer session.
- Make an appointment with your high school counselor to determine eligibility.
- Enrollment is a two step process.
- Apply to community college for the upcoming semester.
- Complete the dual enrollment/academic enrichment application.
- Eligible student must earn a C or higher in the class to earn college credit.
